This is Jim: PloesiePoesie #031. He was custom made for my friend S. to give to his wife J. for her birthday. Jim is 14” tall.

Each PloesiePoesie is 100% handmade and 100% unique. There are no 2 alike. And... just like real cats each PloesiePoesie has a unique name and a unique character. Every PloesiePoesie is tagged with it’s unique number and comes with a personal behavioral guide. In this guide you will find 10 tips, favorites and character features of your own PloesiePoesie. It’s very important that you check these guidelines carefully to see if you and this PloesiePoesie are a good match.

These are the 10 tips, favorites and character features of Jim:

1. Please don’t wash me.

2. I can appreciate a good piece of meat. One of the best meals is just throwing a big entrecote on the barbecue for a few minutes and then eat it with a nice garlic sauce. I’m getting hungry even thinking about it.

3. I hate talking about computers. I believe a computer is just a thing. And that’s it. Talking about computers is a waste of time.

4. I only drink Pinot Noir. That wine is made of the best grapes in the world and only the best is good enough for me.

5. I believe that a lot of good people were born in Romania. My best friend is Romanian too!

6. I love blue cheese. I can eat that all day. In the morning, at dinner with a nice lamb underneath it or in the evening with a good glass of wine.

7. I like sleeping in flowerpots. Then you can hear me snore from a distance! A little warning; please don’t touch me in my sleep, then I get a bit cranky.

8. I used to smoke, but I stopped smoking recently and it’s very hard. I’ve read that book about Alan Carr. He sucks big time. I still think about cigarettes every hour.

9. I know, I’m a male cat, but male cats have feelings too. To come in touch with my inner female pussy, I need to see the Wednesday Womens Movie at RTL4. I believe Danielle Steel is send by God.

10. I really like guinea pigs. I think they are the funniest creatures alive.

Day 89: Birthiversary

Day 89: Birthiversary

Today was eventful, if anything.

Woke up at 6:20, photo class in the pouring rain, grabbed a couple extra photos in the pouring rain, ate quick scafe breakfast alone, york hall appointment with one adviser, impromptu meeting with another, all regarding lacoste. It's looking like I'll only take two classes there this summer. 1 - cheaper, 2 - more free time to explore FREAKING EUROPE. Right, onward. Picked up more art supplies with $20 bookstore giftcard I won from filling out a survey last quarter (effectively free clay! yay?) then it was 3D design time. Built a 3x3x3 cube and a 2x3x4 rectangle our of bristol board, suprisingly good modeling paper. Held together with rubber cement, the most miraculous and simple fixative in the history of human existence. Then drawing 2 class, which was full of blind contour drawing. Drawing without looking at what you are drawing is extremely theraputic, and made for some very interesting almost-drawings-of the space shuttle model I was staring at all class. After that I went to the HVZ kickoff meeting, got a foam brain toy and my registration card, and got to know Tap (previously claire's boyfriend, now one of my best friends too) during the meeting. Fun times. Then birthday dinner with Michelle & lots of friends, then when we all got back to dyson a big birthday photoshoot that produced this and lots of other colorful lovely pictures of my friends! Such a lovely day indeed.
